Cancellation Policy
I agree to the Cancellation Policy.
Thank you for choosing Street Cred Sports! When you book an appointment with us, you are holding a spot on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Our appointments are in high demand and we want to ensure every open appointment can be filled.
Clients must be on time and ready for their training. Any late arrivals will lose the amount of time they were late. If the trainer is late that time will be made up in full.
As a courtesy, we will send a reminder the day before all scheduled trainings.
All appointments booked online are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for mistakes made during online booking.
We REQUIRE at least a 1 week notice for all cancellations. Please text or call your trainer to cancel. We may be able to reschedule, but we do not guarantee it.
Any cancellation made less than one week before, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the amount of the scheduled training. If fee is not paid all future training appointments will be canceled.
Cancellation fee must be paid within 3 days of the canceled appointment. If you prepaid for a package the missed appointment will be deducted from the package. In the event of sudden illness or family emergency please contact your trainer or owner as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived at owners discretion. A No show will be charged full cancellation fee and all future appointments may be canceled.
When a package is purchased Clients agree to a set day and time for training. A package of 4 trainings must be completed within 4 weeks A package of 6 trainings must be completed within 6 weeks Vertimax packages must be completed in 3 to 4 weeks Any trainings left will be lost No Exceptions! If you decide to discontinue training, you must notify us at least one week in advance of your last training. If your trainer has to cancel, you will not be penalized. We will make every effort to fit you in with another trainer or reschedule for another day.

Waiver Policy
I certify that my son or daughter is in good health and may participate in all basketball activities. I have disclosed any and all preexisting conditions to the staff and can perform any and all activities needed. I will not hold Street Cred Sports, Keenon Cage, any facility associated with Street Cred Sports , or any employees of Street Cred Sports responsible in the event of an accident or injury as a result of his/her participation. I give my permission for my child to be given emergency transportation and treatment at a local hospital. I also give my permission for my child to be photographed or videotaped during classes. I understand that all pictures, video and other media taken with Street Cred Sports are the exclusive property of Keenon Cage, or his designee, and may be used at his discretion.
